You enter your data and then immediately have an account, with which you can log in from now on. Advantages are:

- Manage your address details
- Make and manage your wish list
- Manage your shopping cart
- View your orders

If you have forgotten your password, no problem! Then click here.

Did your order not succeed or did something go wrong? No problem, we will ensure that your order is automatically canceled. You can then place a new order.

Do you still have doubts? Then you can always reach our customer service on working days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., by e -mail, chat or telephone.

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email about this. After this you will receive an email from the parcel service, with a track & trace. You can follow this and contains the most up -to -date information. Here you can also have the package to another address, or have it delivered at a different time.

Keep in mind that the parcel service will not be delivered on Sundays and that it can take longer during holidays or vacations than you are used to.

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel or change the order. This means that it is important that you always check your order and personal information well before you make your order final. If you do not want to receive the package, you can refuse the package at the door and it will return to us. When we have received the shipment again, we will refund the amount.

It is possible that your package has been delayed at the carrier. We therefore first advise you to take a good view of the Track & Trace code. This indicates the status of the delivery. See also with questions about 'shipping'.
